How is a factory reject different from a scratch and dent appliance?
A factory reject failed cosmetic inspection at the manufacturing plant before it ever shipped. A scratch and dent unit may have picked up minor cosmetic damage during shipping or handling. In both cases, the appliance is fully functional and warranty-covered.
